Tier-3-PO

At one point, The UK Government divided England into various ‘tiers’. Tier One regions were characterised by low incidences of infection and therefore had comparatively few restrictions. Tier Four regions were the worst affected, characterised by very high infection rates and correspondingly tough restrictions.
